Flag:
A grand-child of Jayakandra, Prince of Kanya-Kubja (1173-1194), founded in 1210 the principality of Jodhpur or Marwar. The state flag of Jodhpur-Marwar is the Rajput-"panchranga": a rectangular field with five horizontal equally wide stripes saffron (orange) - white - red - yellow - green, over which is placed a white falcon with pink and grey shades, armed or.

On the Meherangarh-Fort in Jodhpur there are hoisted horizontal panchranga-flags. The order of colours is as follows: saffron over white over red over yellow over green (according to your FIAV-Code it is O_W_R_Y_G+) . There is a special version of the flag, carved into the walls of Meherangarh. It is a square flag with a falcon superimposed on the white, red and yellow strip. The falcon is bearing a black trident (= trisula) in his right claw, he is crowned with a golden sunshade-umbrella (= chhatri) within the saffron strip. And there is a golden ribbon with an inscription within the green stripe.

Another flag was spotted in Mehrangarh Fort. It is a nearly square flag with silver fringes at three sides. The flag shows the colours of Jodhpur, which are orange over red over white over yellow over green. In the centre of the flag is the great coat of arm of Jodhpur instead of the usual falcon.. The shield is repeating the flag pattern but they look somehow metallic as if having been made of brocade. In the centre of the shield is the falcon, in its canton a golden (=yellow) square with three black feathers. The shield is has two falcons as supporters being enchained to the shield. Above the shield is a golden crest topped by a half rampant lion of the same colour. Beneath the shield are golden floral ornaments, a silver ribbon with an (unfortunately unreadable) inscription and two golden medals.
