Baria is a former Indian state, now part of Gujarat, Western India. 810 square miles. East of Ahmadabad, it is now Devgad Baria in Panch Mahals district, Gujarat.

Haynes' Indian Princely States shows the flag as 4 stripes of *gold* and white. Perhaps another case of saffron inconsistency?

Flicher (1984) "Drapeaux et Armoiries des Etats Princiers de l'Empire des Indes" gives the stripes as "jaune-foncé et blanc" [deep yellow and white] and an accompanying line drawing of the flag shows "Y+" for the stripes.
