The emblem of Alfei Menashe has not been formally adopted.
Israeli municipalities in areas occupied since 1967 cannot
register their emblems*. Many Israeli laws are in force in those municipalities when
adopted there by the military commander, but the Symbols/Emblems Protection Act of 1974
is not one of them.

At the municipal website [http://muni.tik-tak.co.il, not archived] there are photos in which the
flag is seen. It is a blue flag charged with the municipal emblem in white.

The settlement's emblem was chosen in a competition, which was decided upon in 1985. At that time, Alfei Menashe was still part of the Shomron Regional Council. The settlement committee decided on 31 March 1985 to hold an exhibition of emblems in the settlement's administrative building in order to select a suitable emblem. [...]
By a majority vote, the proposal by a young graphic designer, Aryeh Vannuno, was selected. He designed the settlement's emblem, which consists of the settlement's name integrated into its geographical and topographical structure, a terraced landscape on the hills of western Samaria, a large sun symbolising the settlement's eastern location, the chimneys of Hadera – visible on a clear day from the settlement's viewing point – and the minarets of neighbouring Arab villages, expressing the aspiration for peaceful coexistence with the surrounding community.
