The annual Israel Day Parade was held today in New York. Many flags, but mostly IL and US, and many decorative flags and banners. I did see a flag of El Al, the Israel national airline: divided diagonally, upper/hoist blue and lower/fly white. In addition, there were extra triangular white and grey stripes below the blue half, running along the diagonal with the point at the upper hoist. The logo of the airline- the name in Hebrew and English, mixed with an element from the Israeli flags, in blue along the bottom.
