An "Irish Republican Army - Undefeated" flag; c. 2023. In Ireland, the white lily (specifically the Easter Lily) is a profound political and historical symbol, primarily worn during Easter to commemorate Irish Republican combatants who died in the 1916 Rising. This lily is often laid on the graves of those who fought in the Irish War of Independence. I believe that the building shown on this flag is that of the Leinster House, which since 1922 has served as the parliament building of the "Irish Free State", which was renamed in 1949 to the "Republic of Ireland." The hoist side is on the left.

The depicted plant seems to be Zantedeschia aethiopica, which is not a true lily (Lilium spp.); I could not confirm that "Easter lily" or "white lily" are suitable English common names, only "arum lily" – see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zantedeschia_aethiopica.
