Clare County Council is local government for the County Clare. The flag of
the Council changed some time after 2004, along with a change of the coat of
arms which is the central device on the flag of county colors.

The Clare County Council sent me a flag as above.

This flag is of the county council - the elected body responsible for local administration.
It is flown at council offices but it does not represent the county and is
not used by the general population.
