Pacsa is located in eastern part of Zala county, between Zalaegerszeg and
Keszthely. This is the smallest town in Hungary, it has only around 2000
residents and became a town in 2009.

Its flag is blue and white with its yellow-bordered coat of arms in the
center of the flag. Ratio is 1:2.
Flag is used since 1993, regulation 15/1993.(X.14.) defines the coat of arms and
flag. No on-line version is available.
