the flag is white vertical on the one-third there is the coat of
arms. Iregszemcse is a village in Somogy County near to Lake
Balaton.

Here is the translation: "The present flag and coat of
arms of Iregszemcse were prepared in 1993. The flag is white, the
coat of arms appearing in the top third, the name of the
community embroidered in gold below."
The description seems to imply what is called a
"lobogó", rather than a "zászló".
