Nyíregyháza is the capital of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County.
It was never part of Czechoslovakia, but in the 17-18th centuries
many slovaks settled in the city.

By regualtions text the shade of blue is skyblue, the photos show
a middle shade.

Based on these pictures, it seems that its proportions are 1:2,
but regulations does not mention anything about the dimensions.
