By the regulations, the flag of the town is vertically divided,
red and blue with Coat of Arms in the center, proportion 2:1.
Photo of the flag (Coat of Arms is placed in upper half of the
flag) here.
On horizontal version, the Coat of Arms is
placed in the center of the flag and the name of the town added.
