Three flags are displayed in the chapel of the St. Stephen
(Szent Istvan) basilica. One of those is a rectangular banner of
proportion 1:2, horizontally divided yellow and blue, charged in
the middle with Coat of Arms. I am not so sure of the charge,
since it was rather dark.

Ivan have seen the flag of Belváros-Lipótváros (Budapest V.
district). The district uses the modified coat of arms of the former City
of Pest (1703-1873). This coat of arms was located at <www.budapest.hu>.
