The mission of Croatian Transmission System Operator (HOPS, Hrvatski operator prijenosnog sustava d.o.o.) is to manage the electricity system of the Republic of Croatia, electricity transmission and maintenance, development and construction of the transmission network due to the reliable supply of users with minimal costs and care for the environment. It was established within the restriction of the Croatian energy system in 2005 under the name HEP-Operator prijenosnog sustava d.o.o. (HEP-OPS d.o.o.), and since 2013 it bears its current name.
The flag is white with the HOPS logo centered.
