Libertas International University is the oldest private University in
Croatia. It was developed by merging Visoka poslovna škola Libertas (= Libertas
Business School) and DIU Libertas međunarodno sveučilište (= DIU Libertas
International University) in Zagreb and Dubrovnik as two higher education
institutions into the current university institution during 2016.

The University appears to have changed its logo a few times in a short period. The first logo was blue on a white background, with the initial name (in Croatian or English), then it was white on blue background with the new name, and eventually a new logo was designed.
A table flag featuring the first logo was used.
