The Academy was established in 1997.
The Academy Statutes Statut
Umjetničke akademije u Splitu (text), adopted on 16 October 2013, do not prescribe any symbol.
The Academy uses an emblem made of a stylized letter "A" with a red (or purple) dot in the centre. The emblem is also used in a circular seal inscribed with the University and the Academy name within the circle.

The Town Library (Gradska biblioteka) was established in Split in 1903, and in 1962 it became the Scientific Library (Naučna biblioteka). With the establishment of the University in 1974, it became one of its components and finally in 1992 it was given the current name.
Article 9 of the Library Statutes Statut Sveučilišne knjižnice u Splitu (text), adopted on 10 November 2009, prescribes the emblem as the coat of arms of the University and the flag as the University flag. The Library, however, uses an emblem depicting book edges.

The Student Centre was established in 1960. It uses an emblem consisting of two circle segments, darker and lighter blue indented with three horizontal stripes forming the stylized initials "SC".
