The symbols of Končanica are prescribed by Decision Odluka o prihvaćanju prijedloga grba i zastave Općine Končanica, adopted on 16 March 2012 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 30 March 2012 in the Municipality official gazette Službeni glasnik Općine Končanica, No. 1 (text).
The symbols are described in the Municipality Statutes Statut Općine Končanica, adopted on 11 March 2013 and published in Službeni glasnik Općine Končanica, No. 1 (text).
The symbols were approved on 17 March 2014 by the Ministry.
The flag is prescribed in proportions 1:2, blue with the coat of arms, outlined in yellow, in the middle.
The author's design as well as the drawings on the municipal website (no
doubt derived from the author's drawing) show the coat of arms without the outline when used on the flag.

The coat of arms (municipal website) is "Or a wooden bucket proper ensigned with a fish sable and a base vert".

The table flag (photo) is a blue vertical flag with the coat of arms, without outline, in the centre, with the municipality name in a row above and in an arch below the arms.
