Croatian Post is using a flag, as it may be assumed, over the offices countrywide. I cannot say that there is a flag over each post office, far from it, but usually the largest post offices include it over the main gates (photo. At least, a flag is hoisted over the main post office in Zagreb (photo).
The flag of HP is yellow, the traditional postal color in this part of the world, with a black logo in the middle and the company name beneath it, in different arrangements (photo). The logo is a much stylized postal horn.
