Mello Luchtenberg has an image of Izabal department in
his site.
This flag is very similar to that one sent by Fred Drews, recently. Its flag has blue, white and green vertical stripes and a logo is placed in
the center of the white stripe.
It seems to be correct, and I have found an image of this logo at:
http://www.mineduc.gob.gt/estadistica/2008/data/general/Izabal.html (small
image). It contains the map of department with Lago Izabal and with two blue
ribbons placed over and under the map.
