Naftomar (website) was incorporated in 1972 in Beirut (Lebanon) and later moved to Piraeus (Greece). The company bought its first dedicated vessel in 1977 and has specialized since then in transport of petroleum products. Naftomar currently operates a fleet of 33 vessels, all under the flag of Panama but one under the flag of Ireland.

The houseflag of Naftomar is white with the logotype of the company in the middle. This logotype is a blue square diamond (that is a square rotated 45 degrees) charged with a white letter "N".
