Both the Air Ensign and the Civil Air Ensign
are light blue with the national flag in canton and with an emblem in the fly:
Air Force uses its aircraft marking, while the
civil air ensign has a black star.

The 1964 change in flag brought a similar
change in the roundel, now green-white-red with same fin flash
(as seen at the Sky
Tamer website).
Dov Gutterman, 16 June 2004
Re-introducing of the previous flag in 1966, brought back the
original roundel, this time with national flag as fin-flash
(as seen at the Sky
Tamer website and in Wheeler’s book
[whe86]).
