Burgees: Pennants 1:2 (web mage). Field, either green, blue, or red charged on the obverse with a white three-blade propeller next to hoist and, on the fly, the white word INLAND above WATERWAYS above ASSOCIATION. On the reverse the design has the propeller towards the fly point and the words towards the hoist.
