A fine picture here shows two
official-looking flags in use by the Queen's Swan-Markers. From The New York
Times: In Search of Post-Brexit England, and Swans, a trip up the Thames to see
a centuries-old custom and, perhaps, find out what it means to call a country

It turns out that the Vintners and Dyers Companies (London guilds) share swan
ownership with the Queen, and their boats also participate in the ritual. This
article

includes a picture of a bunch of their boats together, showing the banners of
both guilds.
