I don't know whether Princess Alice Duchess of Gloucester, widow of Prince Henry has a standard, or whether their first son William did. (The pattern suggests this would have been: The Royal Standard for England differenced with a white label with five pendants, with red lions and St. George crosses.)

M. Schmöger posted this standard. It is a royal standard, whose label consists of five points which bear the St. George's Cross alternating with the red lion. At http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Duke-of-gloucester-standard.jpg this banner is identified as the standard of the [Second] Duke of Gloucester.
Martin Karner, 10 February 2006

In 1963, the late Duke of Gloucester, son of King George V and uncle of the present Queen, was still alive. Hence the three points [red cross-red lion-red cross] shown upon his label at this date. He died in 1974, whereupon he was succeeded by his younger son, Prince Richard, his elder son, Prince William having previously been killed in an aeroplane accident. Prince Richard is the present Duke of Gloucester and, as a grandson of a sovereign (George V), has five points [red cross-red lion-red cross-red lion-red cross] upon his label. The photograph you attach shows the standard of the present [Second] Duke of Gloucester.
Peter Johnson, 10 February 2006
