British comedian Eddie Izzard is running marathons throughout the British
Isles to raise money for Comic Relief. When he got to N.I. he decided to
make up his own flag (it seems he was carrying the flags of England,
Scotland, and Wales as he ran through them). It's dark green with a white
dove in the upper fly (turned toward the fly end). He says he picked the
green because it's the colour of the N.I. football jersey.
