All "British Arctic Territory" flags are hoaxes, developed by Clay Moss et al. on April Fools' Days

The flag of the Royal British Arctic Territory Police was spotted in Eureka
(BAT's second largest city).

In closing out BAT day, I forgot to comment on the Royal British Arctic
Territory Police flag. The territory has all of one police man. Coincidentally,
his name is Bernard (Barney) Fife. During his entire career, he has never fired
his gun, or used his hand cuffs.........except once when he was talking to a 5th
grade class about police work, and accidentally hand cuffed himself to the
teacher's desk. A student had to ride a snowmobile over to police headquarters
to fetch the key to the hand cuffs.
One RBATP flag flies outside police
headquarters when Officer Fife is in the office, and there is one flag on
display in the office.
