The flag of Neuville-en-Ferrain (photo, photo) is a banner of the municipal arms, "Or three bends gules".
The arms were assigned by Th. Leuridan (Armorial des communes du département du Nord, 1909) as the arms of the Van Morslede, lords of Neuville-en-Ferrain in the 14th-15th centuries.
