Soustons (8,421 inhabitants in 2021; 10,038 ha) is a commune in the Landes department.
Soustons is located in the Landes forest in Marensin, on the shores of the lake of the same name. The part of Port d'Albret belonging to its commune (called Soustons-Plage) is located south of the marine lake and north of Seignosse.
Latche, a hamlet in Soustons, is known to have been one of the vacation spots of the former President of the French Republic, François Mitterrand, who owned a house there.
