Pluduno (in Breton, Pludunoù; 2,208 inhabitants in 2021, 2,832 ha) is a commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department. In Pluduno is the Etang du Guébriant, an 11-hectare body of water.
The name comes from the Breton plou (parish) and dun (high position), or from the name of an unknown Breton saint Tutgnou or Tudno. Pluduno is on the route of the Roman road leading from Corseul to Carhaix. A milestone was found near the town. A former primitive parish forming part of the bishopric of Saint-Brieuc, Pluduno once included, in addition to the current municipal territory, those of Land bia, Saint-Lormel and Plancoët. On March 3, 1944, a German convoy going to Cap-Fréhel was machine-gunned by resistance fighters. In retaliation, four people were killed in a café in Pluduno.

The flag, observed in situ in July 2022 (photo), is white with logo. The logo includes a skyline of the village, a tree, and an ermine's head in the letter o of the name of the commune.
