Bourges Plus (102,679 inhabitants in 2016; 41,728 ha) was established in 2002 by the 12 municipalitirs of Bourges, Annoix, Berry-Bouy, La Chapelle-Saint-Ursin, Le Subdray, Marmagne, Plaimpied-Givaudins, Saint-Doulchard, Saint-Germain-du-Puy, Saint-Just, Saint-Michel-de-Volangis, and Trouy. Arçay and Morthomiers joined in 2004; Lissay-Lochy and Vorly joined in 2019; Mehun-sur-Yèvre joined in 2019.
