A flag representing the communes of Charras, Rougnac, Combiers & Grassac was observed with several other city flags in 2019 in Eguisheim (Haut-Rhin) when for the 59th Eguisheim Winegrowers' Festival, Mayor Claude Centlivre wanted to fly the flags of the "friendly" towns around the renovated old wine press (source: this article in L'Alsace newspaper).

Charras (346 inhabitants), Rougnac (398 inhabitants), Combiers (126 inhabitants), Grassac (303 inhabitants) are four communes of Charente. They work together in an inter-municipal educational grouping (Regroupement pédagogique intercommunal, RPI). The pact with Eguisheim was first signed in 1979 (source: article in 2024 in La Charente Libre) and again in 2006 (source: Eguisheim municipal website). The partial view only of the flag shows two hands shaking and the ouline of the map of Charente.
