The sea resort of Beaulieu-sur-Mer (3,700 inhabitants) is located on
the Mediterranean Sea, 15 km east of Nice.
The burgee of YCB is made of four equal triangles, two red along the hoist,
a white in the middle and a blue at the point of the burgee.
