The flag is diagonally divided (per bend), and horizontally barry in 4. Hoist side is Azure, Or, Sable, Argent, and fly is Argent, Gules, Or, Vert.
Colours should represent basic heraldic colours, and are arranged so that tinctures and metals are interwoven. Upgoing diagonal line should represent prosperity, and therfore also the Net.
