This is the flag of Evil Horde, from the TV show
She-Ra: The Princess of Power. As the image appeared in movement, not the full flag at the
same time, I joined 3 screengrabs together.

The Horde also appeared in the He-Man cartoon. The red bat on the flag is taken from the
emblem on the armor of the character Hordak, the Horde's leader.
The armor is shown at Wikipedia.
