This is a comedy movie of 1995, directed by Steve Oedekerk.
Moderno Pedro, 20 September 2004
The action of this movie takes place in a fictional african country called
Nibia. Its flag appears in some scenes. It's a flag divided in three
hotizontal bars of equal sizes coloured from top to bottom black, red and
green.

This flag immediately made me think of the Marcus
Garvey flag, and, were Nibia a real country, probably thought the same way
(at least the film producers probably thought so, being American and more than
likely in an urban area (where most of America's population of African
descent live). This is a very plausible African country flag, yet different
from most African flags in use.

Looks like maybe Malawi but "sans soleil".
