Krakozhia's flag appears in three scenes (each time on a TV set) and it's
divided in three horizontal bars, from top to bottom blue, yellow, and red, with
a coat of arms in the middle of the yellow bar.

That sounds like it's modelled on Moldova's, but
horizontal rather than vertical.

Watching the film The Terminal, one can see that during the tv news
reports of the civil war in Krakozhia
(Кракожия), they show a
flag. This flag is an equally horizontally divided blue/yellow/red flag, as seen
on Unreal Cotton.
