These three ( here, here and here) pictures are from the flag of the fictional unnamed French-speaking country in I... comme Icare. It seems to be an amalgamation of the French tricolor with the Stars and Stripes flags. It has 20 red and white stripes horizontally with a light blue vertical band on the left side. And with a white and blue angel (Icarus?) between the bend and the stripes.
