Forked (swallowtailed) broad pennant in the 1931-1939 national colours with a blue disc on the yellow stripe, diameter of the disc 1/4 of the hoist, distance from the disc to the hoist 1/4 of the hoist, the (slant) top and bottom sides of the flag measure 4/3 of the hoist. There appears to be no specific proportion for the depth of the swallowtail cut, rather seems that it is generated joining the tails' points to the top and bottom of the hoist.

The swallowtail cut appears to be an equilateral triangle, its side 1/3 of the hoist.
