According to "El Periódico," the Municipality of Zaragoza has adopted new protocol rules; one of the articles of the new regulation removes the obligation to have the municipal coat of arms placed on the municipal flag, used either indoors or outdoors. Readers' comments mostly disapprove of the removal of the arms and wonder what would remain but a red flag once the lion is removed.
