The flag and arms of Cubillas de Santa Marta are prescribed by a
Decree adopted on 6 July 2001 by the Municipal Council, signed on 20 September 2002 by the
Mayor, and published on 4 October 2002 in the
official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 193, p. 13,004 (text).
The symbols are described
as follows:
Flag: Rectangular flag, with proportions 2:3, made of a red cross throughout cantonned white with a blue wavy stripe.
Coat of arms: Per fess, 1a. Argent a church gules masoned sable, 1b. Or a bunch of grapes vert, 2. Waves azure and argent. The shield surmounted with a Royal crown closed.
