The flag of Lucillos (photo,

photo) is prescribed by an Order issued on 8 July 2004 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 21 July 2004 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 130, p. 11,925 (text).
The flag is described as follows:
Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, composed of a white panel with a border, red at hoist and blue at fly. The coat of arms shall be placed in the center.
The coat of arms of Lucillos is prescribed by an Order issued on 8 July 2004 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 21 July 2004 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 130, p. 11,925 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:
Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Gules a cross argent, 2. Azure a vase with lilies argent. Grafted in base, Argent a bunch of grapes vert. The shield surmounted by A Royal crown closed.
The Royal Academy of History rejected the proposed symbols becaise no drawing was provided that could explain the meaning of "urnas" used in the text.
