The flag of San Bartolomé de las Abiertas is prescribed in a Decree issued on 18 July 2007 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 27 July 2007 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 157, p. 19,651 (text).
The flag is described as follows:
Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, made of four horizontal stripes in proportions 1/2, 1/6, 1/6, and 1/6, the upper stripe, red, and the other stripes, white, blue and white.
The coat of arms of San Bartolomé de las Abiertas is prescribed in a Decree adopted on 18 July 2007 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 27 July 2007 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 157, p. 19,651-19,652 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:
Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Gules a palm or, 2. Argent a bundle of three spikes vert. Grafted in base, waves argent and azure. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed.
