The flag and arms of Pedrosillo El Ralo (La Crónica de Salamanca, 18 February 2021) are prescribed by an Agreement issued on 21 December 2020 by the Municipal Council, signed on 19 February 2021 by the Mayor and published on 12 March 2021 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 41, p. 9,079 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:
Flag: Panel in proportions 1:1, width on length, longitudinally divided from the hoist's upper corner to the fly's lower corner; the triangle at hoist, yellow, and the triangle at fly, white. In the flag's center, the municipal coat of arms, in width 2/3 of the flag's width. (Panel proportions according to Article 13 of Decree No. 105 issued on 9 May 1991 by the Government of Castilla y León).
Coat of arms: Spanish shield, oblong rectangle with rounded-off base. Per pale, 1. Vert three chick peas or in bend, 2. Argent a lion rampant purpure langued and arms gules crowned or. [Crown not mentioned].
