The municipality of Navales (335 inhabitants in 2014; 1,717 ha) is located in the east of the Province of Salamanca, 5 km of Alba de Tormes and 30 km of Salamanca. The municipality is made of the villages of Navales and Revilleja (4 inh.).

The flag of Navales is prescribed by a Decree adopted on 30 September
2014 by the Municipal Council, signed on 21 November 2014 by the
Mayor, and published on 4 December 2014 in the official gazette of
the Province of Salamanca, No. 234, p. 9 (text).
The flag is not described in the Decree.
