The flag of Comillas, a beautiful seaside resort halfway from Santander to Asturias, and seat of the Pontifical University, as seen in August 2000, is horizontally divided white-blue with the coat of arms (with cartouche) on its centre - hence very similar to the flag of Santander. Eduardo Panizo reported a reversed (blue-white) flag with a lighter shade of blue.
