Dov Gutterman reported the flag of Quel in this website. Quel has a square flag with a blue hoist and an orange fly, with a central counterchanged square. The image in the website certainly shows a very orange shade, even if it might be actually yellow, since the flag appears to be based on the coat-of-arms whose blazon is per pale Azure and Or, a castle counterchanged.
Quel is the birthplace of Manuel Bretón de los Herreros (1796-1873), a famous Spanish playwright.
