The flag and arms of Olivares de Júcar are prescribed by an Order issued
on 22 April 1992 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published
on 6 May 1992 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 33, pp.
1,767-1,7687 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:
Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, vertically divided in three parts, the central twice wider as the lateral. The colors are: green at hoist and at fly, and white in the center. On the latter part is placed an uprooted olive tree in full colors.
Coat of arms: Spanish shield. Argent a bend wavy azure cantonned by four olive trees eradicated proper. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed.
The arms form a rebus of the place's name, the olive trees for "Olivares" (lit;, "olive grooves") and the wavy bend representing river Júcar.
