The flag (image) and arms of Navalperal de Tormes are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 18 January 2000 by the Municipal Council, signed on 29 March 2001 by the Mayor, and published on 2 July 2001 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 127, p. 9,967 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:
Flag: Quadrangular panel, with proportions 1:1, white with a border made of blue and white pieces. In the middle of the flag is placed the crowned municipal coat of arms of Navalperal de Tormes.
Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Argent a pear tree [peral] vert over waves argent and azure, 2. Checky of 15 pieces 8 azure and 7 argent [Alba]. The shield surmounted with a Royal crown or.
