The flag of Navalperal de Pinares is prescribed by a Decree adopted
on 2 September 2014 by the Municipal Council, signed on 7 October
2014 by the Mayor, and published on 16 October 2014 in the official
gazette of Castilla y León, No. 199, p. 71,259 (text).
The flag is not described in the Decree.

14 January 1963 in the Spanish official gazette, No. 12, p. 577 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:
Coat of arms: Vert semé of pine cones [pinares] or. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown.
