The 48th flag mentioned and illustrated in the Book of All Kingdoms is attributed to Cairo. This as depicted in the 2005 Spanish illustrated transcription, a white flag with blue cescent (with black lining visible) pointing to the hoist, in the ogival default shape of this source.
The anonymous author of
Book of All Kingdoms describes the flag
thus: "E las seńales d’este reinado son un pendón blanco e en medio una luna de
azul atal." (= "And the device of this kingdom is a white pendon and
on its middle a blue moon".)

The 49th flag mentioned and illustrated in the Book of All Kingdoms is attributed to "Roxeto", which is probably Rosetta / Rashid. This as depicted in the 2005 Spanish illustrated transcription, a yellow flag with a black disc charged with a yellow lion in the ogival default shape of this source.
The anonymous author of
Book of All Kingdoms describes the flag
thus: "El rey d’ella á por seńales un pendón amarillo e en medio una rueda
prieta, e en la rueda un león pardo atal." (= "And its king has for
device a yellow pendon with black roundel on its middle and on the roundel a
buff lion like this".
