Kullamaa is a rural municipality (vald) in Laanemaa County (maakond).

"Spanish pale" (~2:9:2) of green-yellow-green with a thick hollow 8-pointed star centered, also green.

Kullamaa vald - Adopted 16 June 1995. The two specially formed crosses refer to two ancient places Kullamaa and Koluvere. The golden and green colors and the golden coin refer to the name of municipality. In Estonian kuld is gold, maa is land. Kullamaa is land of gold. The land has also brought wealth (gold) to the people.
