We have green-yellow-dark blue while <www.mipasaje.com>
report blue-yellow-blue.
However, the description of the flag does say that the upper
stripe is green.

The canton of Balsas was formed on 23 February 1987. The place
was named after the big balsa trees found there.
Translated from <www.mipasaje.com>:
"The flag is made of three equal horizontal stripes, green
on top with a star in the middle, blue on bottom and yellow in
the middle. Green represents the greenness of the fields, rich in
plantations of coffee, maize, balsa trees, grasslands etc. Yellow
is the colour of grain crops, abundant in farms and plantations.
It represents also the canton's culture and art."
